ℹ️ Active Session/Term is managed in Settings → Session. Classes are managed in Settings → Classes and are shared across teacher and student portals automatically.
🔐 Subject Passwords: Each subject has its own password. Teachers must enter the correct subject password to unlock and enter/edit scores. Passwords cannot be left empty.

📅 Active Session & Term
Setting the active session and term will pre-fill these fields in the Teacher Portal automatically. Teachers cannot submit results for a session later than the one set here.
🏷️ Manage Classes
Add or remove classes. These classes appear in all dropdowns across the teacher portal, student portal, and result checker. Deleting a class does not delete existing student or result records.
⚠️ Class names are case-sensitive. Use consistent naming (e.g. "Primary 1", not "primary1").

📝 Assessment Configuration
Configure how many tests per term. Total test marks must sum to 30 (CA). Exam is always 70. Total = 100.
